Moses said, “I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me.” Numbers 11:14 Despite Moses having a large number of teachers and elders and tribal heads, it would appear that he felt lonely and overburdened. He had a lot of leaders, but no carriers. Having the title of a leader does not make a person a leader. The person next to him who had spent much time on the plane praying, chose not to accept the meal.
